We buy land and then manage it sustainably
With the money from your purchase of Units, we buy land and manage that sustainably to generate multiple CSR/ESG benefits. We choose experienced farmers and developers to cultivate and develop the land. Our agriculture is regenerative and organic, and our development is sustainable. There is no pollution, no use of harmful pesticides or chemicals and we use minimum resources and energy. That sustainability helps our environment, makes us healthier and cleans our planet.
Your Units increase in value
The true value of Units is the benefit made to the environment and society from the land purchased and managed sustainably.
However, the price of all Units increases at a stable rate, based on our research, coding and AI.
Unit price is not based on and therefore not influenced by short term fluctuations in land/asset values, income earned from land or new purchases of Units, since the Units are independent of these factors.

What is a Unit? What is its purpose?
The purpose of the Unit is to allow your company to make an impact on society and the environment (by allowing us to purchase and manage land sustainably generating benefits such as reduce CO2, no harmful pesticides, minimum pollution. energy and more), without giving away any money/assets, while simultaneously increasing the (balance sheet) value of your company each day.
What if you go out of business?
Simply said, a company goes out of business when costs are higher than income and net assets are less than zero.
Our net assets at the time of writing are more than $10,000,000. This is greater than zero.
Our operating costs are covered as follows. Most of the new land we buy generates 2% per year income.
That means $10,000,000 of land on average generates $200,000 income.
At the time of writing, the costs for basic maintenance of our ecosystem are under $200,000 per year and we own land assets over $10,000,000.
When we purchase the next $10,000,000 of land, we will earn around 2%, which is $200,000. We can thus expand our costs by $200,000 and so on.
With our safe and cost effective business model we remain asset and cash positive.
Is the Unit a piece of Land which I own?
No. A Unit represents a unit value (like a dollar), not a piece of land. Unit holders do not own land, use the land or have a right to land which we buy with Unit sales. The land is bought to be held and managed sustainably thereby improving the environment and society.
How do you make money?
Our main focus is on developing the ecosystem and our shared future, however, we charge our own small fee (around £/€/$ 1) for each purchase and sale of units. Credit card companies, payment providers, banks and others may charge additional fees, but we do not receive that. We are also able to earn around 2% on the land we hold and when we buy land, any discount we receive on the land purchase price compared to the land valuation covers costs and development.
How do Units increase in value?
Units increase in value each day, at a stable rate per year based on our intelligent algorithm. The algorithm increases the price of all Units at a fixed rate according to our research, coding and AI.
There is no financial or legal connection to land assets we purchase (these are held in perpetuity to generate environmental and social benefits) and therefore no change in value according to short term land value fluctuations, income from land or other market conditions.
Why we ‘choose’ land ?
Land is understandable, not complex and it can be seen and touched. It is the basis of all production. With land we can meet many of our goals to improve the environment and society. This is why we have chosen land as the basis for increasing Units in value.
Sustainable Activities
Our sustainable land management leads to the following outcomes:
30% additional CO2 sequestration and atmospheric reduction, 0% harmful pesticides/ herbicides, eliminate forever chemicals and plastics in agricultural process, 100% organic produce for a healthier population, increased animal habitats, 7% increase in hedgerow, 5% increase in existing forest areas, healthy living and working environments with minimum energy, resources and certification, vulnerable and minority group job creation, removing harmful leeching cleaning run-off, groundwater, rivers and eventually the sea (amongst other benefits).
