What we have achieved in 2024?
Expanding Sustainable Land Management
In 2024, Quantum2 added £7.5m ($9.3m) worth of land to its truly innovative, patent-pending ecosystem. That means more land to manage sustainably, opening doors for environmental restoration and stronger community partnerships. We’re talking about sustainable real estate, organic farming, biodiversity protection, and smart resource use – all at the heart of what we do. This expansion not only helped boost the health of our environment but also supported global efforts to fight climate change. We’ve reduced atmospheric CO2 emissions (already hitting our target of +30% carbon levels on some plots), eliminated harmful pesticides and are regenerating 100% of the soil we manage.
Launching the Quantum2 Land Projects
In 2024 we opened up a new section in the ecosystem – Quantum2 Land Projects, giving our members more direct information about the changes we are making. On various plots, we expanded hedgerows by 7%, grew forest areas by 5%, and revitalized polluted farmland to improve soil health. These projects aren’t just about restoration – local communities can get involved in the process. By combining environmental restoration with sustainable development, we’re making sure that everyone benefits.
Delivering Reliable Return
Of course, we are happy to see that all our members and Land Unit buyers received a stable, fixed 7.5% return during 2024 and that will continue each year. We are proving that caring for the planet doesn’t just feel good – it can and should lead to more wealth and financial freedom, giving our members the flexibility to do what they love.
What’s next for 2025?
Continuing Land Acquisition and Regeneration
In 2025, we’re ramping up our efforts to add more land for sustainable management. Our goal? By expanding our land portfolio, we’re not just restoring ecosystems – we’re actively fighting deforestation, improving soil restoration and contributing to global climate change solutions on a larger scale.
